Manufacturing businesses often face challenges in maintaining consistent product quality, identifying inefficiencies in production, and adapting to evolving market demands. BLMA aimed to address these challenges by providing a platform that captures and analyzes manufacturing data, enabling companies to gain actionable insights and improve their operations.

What we did
We developed and implemented a three-pronged approach for BLMA

We developed the user interface (UI) for data collection, enabling manufacturing businesses to capture critical data points throughout their production processes. This application allows for the effective capture of manufacturing process data, forming the foundation for subsequent analysis and reporting. We also integrated analytics monitoring features within the application, providing users with real-time insights into their operations. The application includes functionalities to capture analytics in report generation.
We provided AWS infrastructure support to ensure a scalable and reliable platform for BLMA. Comprehensive documentation of infrastructure services and the build and deployment process was created. We implemented build triggering and monitoring using Jenkins to streamline the software development lifecycle.
