LRES Corporation, a national appraisal management company, serves the mortgage and real estate industries by managing a large network of appraisers, agents, brokers, and inspectors. To keep up with compliance requirements and evolving market demands, LRES sought to modernize their core systems, streamline integrations, and enhance application reliability. We partnered with LRES to deliver a comprehensive suite of solutions-including application development, third-party service integration, automation testing, and Azure DevOps deployment-to support their end-to-end real estate services platform.

What we did
Delivering End-to-End Engineering Excellence Across LRES Systems
Application Development : Developed and supported Admin, Client, and Vendor portals using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and MSSQL, with CI/CD enabled via Azure Pipelines. Built Web APIs and WCF services. Implemented seamless user experiences across stakeholder portals. Third-Party Service Integrations : Google Maps API & Bing Maps API for geolocation and visualization. OKTA for identity and access management. FNC, Mercury, Reggora for appraisal services and order processing.
DevOps Enablement : Designed a multi-environment CI/CD strategy across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD using: Azure Pipelines, agents, and artifacts. Monitoring and visualization through Azure dashboards. Trigger-based deployments for seamless rollouts. Automation Testing with Katalon Studio : Built suites covering critical flows-client creation, product setup, order processing. Included both UI and API automation, leveraging Groovy scripting and Selenium Grid. Tests scheduled bi-weekly, reducing manual effort and improving release confidence.
