Newcleus, a leader in compensation, retirement, and financial advisory services, provides qualified and non-qualified compensation benefit solutions to clients across private, public, and non-profit sectors. Their proprietary MINTS platform offers a unified client portal to streamline plan execution and ongoing management. Our engagement with Newcleus focused on developing a web-based application for managing internal operations related to policies, payments, and commissions. The frontend was developed using React JS and Material UI, while the backend was powered by .NET Core 8 Web APIs. The application was securely deployed and hosted on Microsoft Azure.

What we did
We engineered a secure and scalable system using the latest technologies and development practices:
We designed and deployed an SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) package to handle the secure and efficient migration of data from Azure SQL to GCP SQL. This package ensured data integrity, high performance, and reusability. Post-migration, the centralized data warehouse was structured to support modular data marts and real-time reporting.
- Developed ASP.NET Core 8 Web APIs to handle business logic, data processing, and system integration
- Created a highly interactive frontend using React JS and Material UI
- Implemented authentication and access control to restrict unauthorized access
- Hosted the application using Microsoft Azure services for scalability and reliability
