Managing Salesforce environments without centralized monitoring limits the ability to make informed decisions and can lead to service disruptions. At the same time, manual upgrades of operating systems and Kubernetes versions across environments create operational risks and inefficiencies. Addressing these challenges is essential to ensure smooth performance, reduce downtime, and support scalable growth.

What we did
We deployed an advanced monitoring platform to provide real-time insights into Salesforce operations and automated OS and Kubernetes upgrades to ensure seamless, reliable infrastructure management.

Web Application Development (Salesforce Monitoring Cloud Implementation) : We deployed a robust observability platform leveraging Monitoring Cloud, designed to deliver end-to-end visibility into Salesforce environments. Agents installed on client machines continuously collect data, enabling real-time monitoring and proactive issue resolution. This data is ingested and processed through Funnel and Kafka pipelines, with insights surfaced via Argus and Splunk dashboards. Integration with AI tools like Einstein GPT further enhances problem-solving and customer service.
DevOps (DevOps Automation for Infrastructure Upgrades) : We automated the upgrade process of operating systems and Kubernetes versions across Development and Production environments using Git-driven Spinnaker pipelines. A detailed migration checklist was established to ensure smooth transitions. Infrastructure health and performance were continuously monitored using Grafana, supporting proactive maintenance. We also provided hands-on customer support and vulnerability management to safeguard cloud services.
