What we did
Service Availability Management
We designed and implemented a comprehensive service availability model to assess and monitor the health, reliability, maintainability, and performance of ViaSat’s infrastructure. Using AWS services like Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch, we built a robust monitoring framework that allowed ViaSat to gain real-time insights into system performance, health, and availability. We integrated Grafana for real-time analytics, providing ViaSat’s operations team with a detailed, interactive dashboard to track system performance and detect potential issues before they affect service delivery.
We helped optimize the performance of critical IT services to ensure maximum availability and minimal downtime. We leveraged AWS Lambda for serverless computing and automated scaling to enhance reliability during peak demand periods. Through AWS CloudWatch and custom alerts, we ensured that any service degradation or downtime was immediately flagged for timely resolution, reducing the impact of issues on end-users.
