Zonda offers an approachable and intuitive way to access real-time data across the United States. With detailed maps, comprehensive data, and interpretive, narrative reports, Zonda delivers all the key housing market information in a user-friendly format and on-the-go. The goal was to create a solution that enables users to search, save, and monitor hot spots ripe for opportunity, uncover nearby project trends, and understand important factors like monthly absorption rates, inventory, and remaining lots available. Demographics important to homebuyers, such as schools, crime rates, and job market conditions, are also integrated.

We architected, designed, and developed an application hosted on the cloud. The solution integrated various data sources and leveraged Salesforce.com’s platform for seamless performance. The core elements of the project included: Using Visualforce for the UI, Salesforce.com, Apex, and Triggers for business logic, Business automation via Process Builders and Workflows.
Integration with Google Map Services for geographic data visualization Additionally, we set up Continuous Integration and implemented performance tuning strategies to ensure a smooth, high-performance user experience.
